TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE. PERFORM LIKE AN ARTIST.

StageFit is a performance-based fitness program designed for stage performers: singers, dancers, musicians, actors, and artists who move, jump, breathe, and command energy on stage.

This is body conditioning for live performance.

This is not gym bro training.
This is not “get skinny” fitness.

STAGE FIT IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You perform on stage and need endurance + power

  • You sing, rap, dance, jump, or move while performing

  • You get winded during long sets and it takes you awhile to recover

  • You want to move better on stage and have more control over your body

  • You want to perform your best for every show

  • You want to feel strong, confident, and embodied on stage

The PROBLEM.

Most performing artists don’t know how to train specifically for what the stage demands so they guess at their exercise routine.

The truth is that Performers are left to piece workouts together with:

  • Random cardio with no connection to the performance

  • Inconsistent strength training or avoiding weights altogether

  • Using rehearsals as exercise

Over time this leads to:

  • Getting winded faster

  • Holding back on stage to conserve energy

  • Loss of breath control while singing or talking

  • Increased risk of injury

  • Performance anxiety

StageFit is designed to help you crush your performance.

StageFit was created by Megan WREN - an Exercise Physiologist, Holistic Health Coach, and Performing Artist.

After years of searching for fitness programs designed specifically for performers and finding next to nothing, Megan built StageFit to support how artists actually move, breathe, and perform on stage.

This is the exact training system she uses to prepare her body for endurance, power, and breath control when she hits the stage.

StageFit was created to bridge the gap between artistry and athleticism so performers can move fully, sing confidently, and show up on stage supported by their fitness.
